Spring is here with us in full bloom! Actually, summer is around the corner!  We’ve cleaned out closets, and purged those things we realize we just don’t need or want.  We’ve pulled back the furniture and and cleaned out the nooks and crannies.  We’ve cut back and leaned out.  For most of us, it brings a feeling of refreshment and clarity, and reduces mental and physical burdens.  This is what the Late Spring Clean-Up Nutrition program will do for your physical body!  cleanoutfrig

Are you feeling sluggish from?  Do you sense a need to purge out the junk you  may have put in your body and refresh your body with beautiful, nutritious foods?  Feeling fuzzy brained and want back some mental clarity?  The Late Spring Clean-Up Nutrition program may be for you.  Check this out.

Duration: 3 weeks.- Monday, May 2nd – Friday, May 20th, 2016.

You get from me:

> Daily text to help you stay accountable.

> Weekly 20 minute phone or Skype/Facetime visit to provide guidance and help you strategize.

The Plan:

Eat lots of fresh fruits & vegetables of your choice.

Fresh clear water will be the only beverage.

With guidance, choose some clean protein sources to meet your needs.

You will eat adequate calories to provide energy, although perhaps lower than what you are use to.

Eliminate all white, refined & packaged foods.  Nothing out of a can, box or package.

At the end of the 2 weeks, you should notice:

  • Improved mental clarity.
  • A clean, refreshed feeling will ensue.
  • Less joint pain.
  • Less cravings for unhealthy foods.
